Dr. Tim Lehmann is a post-doctoral researcher and lab coordinator of the Exercise Science & Neuroscience Lab at Paderborn University, where he obtained his PhD in sports medicine / applied neuroscience from the Department of Exercise & Health, Faculty of Science at Paderborn University. In addition to his research responsibilities, Dr. Lehmann takes on extended duties in the international master’s program “Applied Neuroscience in Sports & Exercise“, teaching modules in exercise neuroscience and data analytics. In his research, he is actively engaged in numerous international projects investigating the neurophysiological aspects of sensorimotor control across various clinical and athletic populations, leveraging cutting-edge mobile brain and body imaging (MoBI) technology for quantifying cortical and behavioral dynamics in mobile scenarios. Dr. Lehmann has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and serves as a review editor in leading international journals covering neuroscience, sports medicine, physical therapy, and cognitive sciences.
